Selling My Parent?s House. I came to this area from New York for the purpose of helping my parents pack for their move to Florida and to connect with a local real estate agent who would handle the sale of their home. This needed to be achieved in three days time and I was working without any recommendations or previous experience selling a house. 

I met with two other brokers and I was beginning to worry. Then in walked Beverly. I knew almost immediately that she was the one, by far, to guide us through this somewhat intimidating experience. She was straight forward, knowledgeable and honest with lots of energy. I felt she understood my needs and those of my parents and that we could accomplish this sale ?long distance.? We soon established a good phone and fax working relationship and due to some very good luck and Beverly?s hard work, we had a buyer within a week! 

Thanks to her experience, diligence and good common sense, the closing was held several weeks later. I never dreamed this could all work so smoothly. I would recommend Beverly Green to anyone selling their house.

Beverly and Windermere - A Professional Team! We thought Beverly Green and Windermere did such a great job, we used them twice! When we sold our home on Hood Canal in 1996, we interviewed a number of agents and we liked Bev?s low-key but professional approach.
