Bev's Experience

Beverly has been selling residential real estate in the greater Seattle area since 1973. In 1989, she moved to Bainbridge Island for the same reason that most buyers come to the area -- peaceful rural atmosphere, friendly small town ambiance and excellent schools -- all within a half hour by ferry to downtown Seattle!

After selling real estate for many years, Beverly joined Windermere Real Estate.  It became clear that her values were reflected in the Windermere philosophy. Her goal has always been to treat her customers as she would want to be treated -- with honesty, respect and care. She believes in providing information and expertise based on years of experience to allow buyers and sellers to make decisions that are right for them, creating professional relationships that endure. The result is that nearly 90% of her business is referrals from past customers!

It is easy for Beverly to be enthusiastic about this area of Western Washington. With miles of waterfront and views of two spectacular mountain ranges, the Olympic Mountains to the west and the Cascades Mountains to the east, this is truly one of the most beautiful areas in the country.
