Beverly's Experience

I have been selling residential real estate in the Seattle area now since 1973-please don't try doing the math. Our family moved to Bainbridge Island in 1989 for the unique rural atmosphere, the friendly small town ambiance, and of course the excellent schools. We truly found all of this on Bainbridge, yet we live only a half an hour ferry ride from all that Seattle has to offer.  Nirvana!!

I have calculated that almost 90% of my business is repeat business or referrals from past customers.  I guess that's because I treat all of my customers as I like to be treated---with honesty respect and compassion. I truly dislike pressure sales tactics so I simply provide my buyers and sellers with everything  necessary to allow them to make decisions that are right for them, and thereby create relationships that endure. My many years of assisting homeowners and buyers have equipped me to handle many difficult situations-and believe me when I say I've experienced some rather different circumstances.

I truly love this area of the Northwest! With miles of beautiful waterfront and views surrounded by two majestic mountain ranges, Bainbridge Island is truly a great place to call home. Whether you commute daily on our comfortable and reliable ferry system, work from your home, or are retired, you will most certainly enjoy the beauty and relaxed rural feeling of Bainbridge.
